From the Alster to the Elbe

Last Tuesday, September 3, 2024, the Allemannia board met in Allermöhe at the invitation of AAC/NRB Chairman Andreas Döpper, to get a first-hand impression of the activities of the Hamburg State Rowing Association at the start of the meeting. Naturally, the ongoing expansion of the base was the main focus before the meeting. The new, almost completed covered boat storage facilities, as well as the foundation of the new building, were already clearly visible; everything is expected to be finished in one year. As the meeting concluded, the sun set crimson over the regatta course on the Dove Elbe after a beautiful summer day.
