Certain rules and regulations apply to safety on the water. Practicing safe rowing is our top priority. The "Rowing Safety" concept was unanimously developed with the club chairpersons under the moderation of the AAC/NRB State Rowing Association Hamburg on June 17, 2013, and editorially adapted on November 21, 2017, for implementation in the clubs. It was accordingly documented in the minutes of the Annual General Meeting of the AAC/NRB State Rowing Association Hamburg on February 13, 2014. An offer for rowing clubs to qualify their coaches regarding their sport-specific rescue skills is always provided as needed.
