The AAC/NRB is not only an LRV, but also a regatta club for which all Hamburg B-Juniors compete together.

Together for Hamburg,

that is the motto of the AAC/NRB.

To foster this team spirit, our B-Juniors do not compete for their home club, but for the AAC/NRB.
Clubs work hand in hand, and the work of the B-Project is divided according to capacities.
During the season, we thus compete as one large club for Hamburg, instead of many racing crews.
Furthermore, this has the advantage that our Juniors can row together regardless of performance class.
Especially smaller clubs thus have the opportunity to place their strong B-Juniors in team boats.
Many a great athlete has thus found their connection to rowing.
Thus, every club and every athlete benefits from the Hamburg B-Junior Team.
