Exploring and navigating new waters, as well as taking on responsibility for the first time as a trip leader, are certainly the biggest challenges in touring rowing. This course aims to provide support and the fundamentals for a successful, self-organized (first) touring trip. The course equips future coxswains and trip leaders with the essential tools to competently and safely plan, organize, and conduct trips – including knowledge of Hamburg’s waterways.
