Board Retreat in Ratzeburg
The Board of the AAC/NRB met last weekend 4. – February 5th for a board retreat at the Ratzeburg Rowing Academy. The head of the academy, Reinhard Grahn, welcomed us with a tour of the construction site of the academy’s impressive expansion building. The board retreat focused on the 2023 season planning and an exchange of ideas with Reinhard Grahn, chairman of the Schleswig-Holstein State Rowing Association. In particular, experiences regarding the construction planning and management of the two locations of the Olympic Training Center Hamburg – Schleswig-Holstein were also exchanged.
