The highlight of the North German Championships and the conclusion of the regatta season took place with the exciting eight final in beautiful autumn weather.
Although autumn presented itself with wind and rain on Saturday, and brilliant sunshine and ideal conditions on Sunday, excellent rowing was showcased over the 1000-meter race distance on our regatta course in Allermöhe. The rowers of RC Favorite Hammonia were particularly delighted, as they crossed the finish line first in the eight for the first time in several years, followed by RC Allemannia and Hamburger und Germania RC. RG Hansa secured 4th place, and Bremer Sport Club took 5th place.
