At the meeting of the Wanderruderwarte in January, I announced a presentation on Hamburg’s bid for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Now there is a date.

A speaker from the Ministry of the Interior and Sport of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg will give the presentation.
The background to the presentation is that on May 31, 2026, the people of Hamburg will be asked to vote in a referendum on whether Hamburg should bid to host the Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2036, 2040 or 2044.
We also look forward to receiving visits from other rowing clubs.
