We are very pleased to welcome a new state rowing coach to the State Rowing Association, effective November 1.
Henrik Runge will take on this role. Henrik developed into a successful rower in Hamburg. He celebrated his first national successes early on as part of the State Rowing Association’s AAC/NRB project. At international competitions, he rowed his way to world championship titles and medals. In addition to his studies in the natural sciences, Henrik worked as a coach at several clubs in Hamburg and helped his athletes win a medal at this year’s U23 European Championships.
A warm welcome to Henrik in his new role—we wish him much joy and success!
